22 June 2001There were two M class flares today, two from AR9511 and one large M6 flare from AR9503.

23 June 2001AR9511 popped off a couple more M flares this morning as well as an X1 flare!

26 June 2001Solar activity is pretty quiet today. Take a look at the latest MDI continuum image:

You can see AR9511 (which just left the MDI high resolution field of view) has fizzledout. Also, notice another small spot (AR9516) will soon be centered in the high resolution field of view soon.
