5 Feb 2001There were 2 filament eruptions this morning - one from a region in the northeast andone from a region near sun center heading west.

6 Feb 2001There was an eruptive filament near the region heading towards the west limb.

7 Feb 2001A new comet has been discovered by LASCO - comet SOHO 294.
