The purpose of the VLF Noise Reduction Comittee is to collect
information/data/screenshots of different types of noise, try to identify
the sources, and work on methods to reduce or eliminate it (whether it
be software improvement, equipment improvement, techniques).  The scope
is to focus on VLF noise only (extending to HF, VHF, etc. would enlarge
the problem significantly).  The idea is to share information, learn
from it and lessen our frustration with noise issues.  Involvement may
come from outside the SID/SuperSID community.

There will also be a yahoo group to faciliate the committee's discussion.
